Getting started on your tour is very easy…
After completing the purchase process, print the train tickets to access it, the voucher for the hotel and print and the bonus we will send to your email after your purchase and hand it at the starting point of the tour. We recommend you pick the tickets BEFORE 09:am so you can peacefully enjoy your visit.
Day-time ticket: Every day from Monday to Sunday, except the 25th of December and 1st of January. The time of entry to the Nasrid palaces (morning or evening) will be confirmed on your ticket and it will depend on availability and may not be changed.
Collect your ticket and Tourist Audio guide on the same day of your visit, between 8.30am and 9.30am on the collection point that we indicate below.
Monday to Sunday from 8:30am to 2.30pm
We recommend you pick up your tickets BEFORE 10:00am
You must return the GPS guide on the next 24 hours in the same office.
